How it is calculated
- Data entry: resumes × (manual minutes − AI minutes). PDF and Word files are parsed into profiles; people only check them.
- Screening: manual = resumes × minutes per read; with AI = passing resumes × minutes per read + the rest × glance minutes.
- Reports: reports × (manual minutes − AI minutes). AI drafts, consultants edit.
- Finding old resumes: jobs × (manual minutes − AI minutes), searching the talent pool with one sentence.
Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
FAQ
Are these numbers from research?
No. The defaults are estimates and the result is a guide. Open "Assumptions" and enter your own numbers for a better estimate.
Does AI make the decision?
No. AI scores each requirement 0–5 with a reason; consultants still read the matching candidates and decide.
How is JobTalent AI priced?
The software and users are free. You pay for storage (5 / 10 / 20GB) and for new resumes each month. AI usage is included.
Is my input saved?
No. The calculator runs entirely in your browser.
