Resumes in your company mailbox are synced automatically, and candidates can apply through a job link. PDF and Word files become structured profiles: experience, education, skills, languages, expected salary. Duplicates of the same person are merged.
Scored per requirement, with reasons
The job description is split into requirements and each candidate is scored against every one. 3 and above is a match. Items marked ★ are must-haves; missing one caps the score at 3.5. Every score comes with a reason, and consultants can override it.
Find people with one sentence
Type "Jakarta, 5+ years in finance, speaks Mandarin". The system turns it into filters and ranks by similarity, so good resumes from two years ago are found again.
Recommendation reports in one click
Pick a candidate and a job; the system drafts the report from a template, with strengths and concerns. Edit a few lines and send it. Export to Word, translate between Chinese, English and Indonesian.
