Plans, resume credits and top-ups

How prepaid plans are priced, how resume credits are counted, what happens when they run out, and how to top up or upgrade

Pricing

JobTalent AI is sold as prepaid plans: you buy a pack once, it includes a number of resume credits, and you use them until they run out.

  • No annual software fee, no monthly fee, and no per-account fee.
  • Credits don't reset each month. Whatever you don't use this month carries over to next month.
  • AI is not charged separately: parsing, matching and recommendation reports use resume credits as described below; search and other features don't use credits.

Prices are shown in RMB. The signed quotation is final. Invoices can be issued in IDR, USD or RMB as agreed. Each plan purchase gets one invoice.

How resume credits are counted

Credits are counted by the files the system receives:

  • Each PDF, Word or image attachment in an email counts as one. Cover letters, certificates and other attachments also count.
  • An email with no attachment whose body is treated as a resume counts as one.
  • Each file uploaded on the page or received through an application link counts as one. The same person uploading the same file again does not count again.
  • Mail from blocked senders does not count. See Other ways to add resumes.

AI matching and recommendation reports also use credits (from 11 October 2026):

What is usedCredits
Each resume file received1
AI scores a candidate for a position for the first time0.2 (up to 5 positions per resume automatically, so at most 1 more; re-scoring after a profile or position change is free)
Each recommendation report generated (per language)0.5
Chinese entity verification: first lookup of a Chinese company's registration details0.5 (linking a company your team has already looked up is free; searching is free)
Chinese entity verification: checking risks, shareholders or lawsuits0.2 each (free if nothing is found)
Search, translation, company classification, function detection, etc.Free

So credits can have decimals. "Settings" → "Plan & usage" shows how many went to resume files, position matching and recommendation reports.

When you first connect a mailbox, if you leave "Only new mail from now on" unchecked, attachments in existing inbox mail also use credits. For personal mailboxes we recommend using a label. See Resumes only: use a Gmail label.

What happens when credits run out

When credits run out, the system stops collecting new resumes:

  • No new mail is pulled from recruiting mailboxes. The emails stay in your mailbox and are not lost. After a top-up, pulling continues from where it stopped.
  • Uploading on the page shows "Your resume credits are used up".
  • The application link page tells candidates "Applications for this job are temporarily unavailable".
  • AI stops scoring candidates for new positions, and new recommendation reports can't be generated.

Candidates, positions and recommendation reports already in the system are not affected and can be viewed and used as usual. After a top-up or upgrade, resume collection restarts automatically. You don't need to change any settings.

When usage reaches 80% and 100% of your credits, we get an alert and contact your admin about a top-up or upgrade. To check how many credits are left, admins (and users with recruitment admin permission) can open "Settings" → "Plan & usage" to see the current plan, remaining / purchased / used credits, other limits and purchases.

Top-ups and upgrades

Top-ups and upgrades are currently handled by contacting us. You cannot pay directly in the system.

  • Top-up: buy the same plan again. The new credits are added to your remaining credits.
  • Upgrade: move to a bigger plan. Your remaining credits are kept and the new plan's credits are added. The member limit, storage and AI usage limits change to the new plan's levels.

Other limits

Besides resume credits, each plan also limits:

  • Members: when active members reach the limit, you cannot add or enable more members.
  • Storage: when resumes and contract files reach the storage limit, no new files can be stored.
  • AI usage: you won't hit it in normal use. Only when a very large volume arrives in a short time will AI parsing and scoring queue briefly, then continue automatically.
